Since 2005, Koenig Creative has partnered with John Spencer Ellis Enterprises and over 200 boot camp owners nationwide (and around the world) to deliver a suite of affordable, effective and branded web site solutions. 

Now, we are pleased to announce the availability of the new IMPACT Platinum Web Site Solution for new IMPACT Program Members. Our new site application is built on the same platform as our IMPACT Platinum web application, which has been in operation and benefiting our ABC customers for nearly a year. We are constantly working on improvements and upgrades to our technology to address the needs of our customers as well, and will be doing the same for the new IMPACT solution.

How does it work and why is IMPACT Platinum better than other web site solutions? 

IMPACT Platinum is a dynamic, database-driven web site solution that’s been developed from the ground up to give you the power to manage your site content, calendars, registration and merchant account services more easily and affordably than ever before.  

The benefits of the IMPACT Platinum Web Site Solution are clear. You’ll save time and money by making your site, calendar and scheduled session updates yourself. Your clients will have a clear path to registration and access to their personal information. IMPACT Platinum’s Administration Area gives you total control over your site’s content, camps, calendars and online payment options. There is no programming knowledge required and you won’t have to pay expensive hourly fees to web programmers when you need an update. Your updates are made in real time, and based on your schedule. And at only $499 for onetime setup and a $50 recurring monthly fee, Titanium is less expensive than comparable web site solutions. 

What is your Order Process? 

1. Notification that order has been placed/monies received.
2. Your site will be setup with your customer site banner and our standard "boilerplate" copy and photos, which you can modify.
3. Site is LIVE.
4. Notification that site is LIVE and information on how to access your site’s admin area.
5. If you have chosen to go with the IMPACT Platinum Merchant Account, we can typically have your account processed, approved, setup and ready to begin using within 1-2 weeks maximum.

Question 1: 
How Does it Work? 

Answer: 
The IMPACT Platinum Web Site Solution was developed to give you ultimate control over your website: Add and edit Pages, Text, Photos, Sessions, Testimonials, Affiliate Banners, Links and even YouTube Videos on your web site. Easily manage your Calendar and setup new sessions and session sizes. Administer your clients’ registration, assessments and personal information through an online database. Note that our online registration database virtually eliminates SPAM generated through traditional email-based registration forms. 

This is all made possible through our custom Content Management System (CMS). With Platinum web, you’re just a few clicks away from creating, publishing and modifying your very own custom web site. 

Question 2: 
What are the Operating System (OS) and browser requirements? 

Answer: 
Currently, our technology supports most major Operating Systems and browsers, including Windows and Mac, Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox, Safari and Mozilla 2+. 

Question 3: 
What does the $499 Setup Fee include? 

Answer: 
The one-time Setup Fee includes launch of your new IMPACT Platinum Web Site. We will create a custom logo for your camp, based on the IMPACT brand, for your top banner. We will also ensure that your domain name points to your new Platinum site and that all of your emails are setup on Platinum with your domain name, or will forward to your existing domain name. We will also set you up as a user for our IMPACT Web Administration Area, where you manage all aspects of your Platinum site. 

Question 4: 
What does the $47 Monthly Service Fee include? 

Answer: 
The Monthly Service Fee includes hosting space on our dedicated server, where your Platinum web site is hosted. In addition, you have 24/7 access to our IMPACT Web Administration Area and Content Management System (CMS), which is used to create, publish and edit your site’s pages, text, and pictures, and Client Management Tools.

We require a minimum contract of at least one year of hosting and admin service, which is billed as a recurring charge to your credit card on a monthly basis. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you give us permission to charge your card through the expiration of your contract. 

Question 5: 
What happens when my first year of Platinum web service is over? 

Answer: 
After your first year of service, we will continue to charge your credit card $50 for the Monthly Service Fee on a month-to-month basis. You can email us to cancel your membership after one year of service, if you so desire. 

Question 6:  
Can I purchase a Platinum web site and choose to host it elsewhere? 

Answer: 
No. Our sites are integrated and designed for use with our Content Management System (CMS). In order to take advantage of the CMS, it is required that your site is hosted on the IMPACT Platinum Web server on which the CMS application resides. 

Question 7: 
Do I need a unique domain name to participate in the Platinum web program? 

Answer: 
No. We will automatically assign you directory space on our IMPACT Web server with your chosen user name (i.e. www.impactplatinum.com/username). However, a unique domain name can help potential clients find your site more easily. We can help you transfer or purchase a domain name. EXAMPLE: IMPACTsouthbeach.com can simply forward. It's a common practice.

We recommend purchasing your domain name at: www.MyFitnessCompany.com 

Question 8: 
I’ve already purchased a domain name for my company’s site. Can I still take advantage of Platinum web? 

Answer: 
As part of our Setup Fee, we can easily forward your domain name to our dedicated server and your new Platinum web site. Please be aware that it can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for your domain name to “resolve” or point to our server and for your Platinum web site. 

Question 9: 
What if I don’t already own a domain name but would like to have one for my Platinum web site? 

Answer: 
We recommend purchasing your domain name at: www.MyFitnessCompany.com

I want to customize my site with unique content, what can I do with Platinum?

Answer:

Question 11: 
Do you include email service? 

Answer: 
We currently offer email forwarding for your website. Pop3 Email configuration is also available upon request. 

Question 12: 
What is your Privacy Policy? 

Answer: 
IMPACT Platinum Web and its affiliates will NEVER sell or share your information with any third-party unless we are legally required to do so. From time-to-time, Platinum web may use your information to contact you regarding your current service or to keep you updated on our additional or new services we think would add value to your business.

Question 13: 
What is your return / cancellation policy? 

Answer: 
Setup fee, domain name purchase and other one-time charges are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your Monthly Service package after your first year of contracted service, we must receive your request in writing via e-mail or US mail. Your account will be closed with IMPACT Platinum Web 45 days after receipt of your written notice. We will send you confirmation via e-mail. 

You will be responsible for re-directing your existing domain name and server to your new service or web site. 

Question 14:

What is your Order Process? 

Answer:

Question 15:  
Can I accept and process payments online using my current merchant account processor? 

Answer: 
Yes, but an extra fee of $900 may apply for us to integrate your merchant's API and setup a custom shopping cart to process payments to you DIRECTLY from your Platinum site.  

Note that Platinum is currently designed to process payments via the Platinum Merchant Account (in partnership with First American Payment Systems) at no extra charge. Additionally, we do have the capability to integrate (at no charge) those merchants that use either Network Merchants Inc. (NMI) or Authorize.net as its gateway provider.

Question 16: 
What if I need custom graphic design work (i.e. advertising banners, FLASH animation, etc.) created for my Platinum web site? 

Answer: 
Although Platinum was designed to allow you total control over your web site, you may still need custom design to add some pizzazz to your site. We are available to do this work for you at our hourly rate of $85, with a half hour minimum. You can send your design requests to info@fitnessappweb.com and we will be in touch with you. 

Question 17: 
Can I check my email via webmail? 

Answer: 
If your email was configured as an Email Forwarding account (info@yourdomain.com gets automatically sent to you@hotmail.com or similar) then you do NOT have access to email forwarding.

If your email was configured to work with Outlook or any other POP3 mail program.

…with your email address and password.  

Please note that you may get a warning message about the SSL, you must continue anyway. There is no problem
